Privacy-friendly website analytics
We use Koko Analytics on our own WordPress server to count aggregated visits, page views, viewed page paths, and referring websites. It does not set analytics cookies or send analytics data to an external analytics provider. To distinguish repeat visits within one day, the server derives a rotating one-way identifier from the visitor IP address and browser user-agent. Those source values are not stored in the analytics database, and the temporary identifier resets daily. Aggregated analytics are retained for up to 13 months.
WooCommerce Sourcebuster/order-attribution tracking is disabled on the public catalog, so sbjs_* source-attribution cookies are not created. When an RFQ or sample request is successfully stored, the site may keep private UTM source, medium, and campaign values, the same-site landing path, and referring URL for internal source reporting. These private RFQ attribution fields do not use cookies, retain an IP address or browser identifier, or appear in REST responses, schema, or public pages.
We also count high-intent public interactions with quote or sample links, product inquiry links, public contact links, catalog PDF downloads, and successfully stored RFQ or sample submissions. This report stores only the date, interaction type, public source-page path, and an aggregate count. A rotating one-way daily key prevents repeated counts for the same interaction and page; no form values, contact details, link destination, raw IP address, or browser identifier are stored in the interaction report.
Service providers and international processing
Website hosting, email, security, and business service providers may process information only as needed to provide their services. Information may be processed in China and in locations used by those service providers.
Retention and choices
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the sourcing discussion, legitimate business records, and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the inquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the message.
