CZ Fabrics is the working export brand of Shaoxing Changzhou Knitting Co., Ltd. in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China. We work with garment factories, apparel brands, and sourcing teams in Vietnam that need a material route documented through specifications, reference samples, and buyer approval criteria.
Our role in a B2B material project
Rather than presenting only a fabric name, we help the project team define construction, composition, finished GSM, usable width, color, hand feel, finish, and garment use before samples are compared. A project can start from a fabric family, a garment application, or a physical cutting; the service route and project terms are confirmed only after the brief is reviewed.
Integrated material coordination
For projects that need more than the body fabric, buyers can include trims and supporting textile materials in the same brief. We coordinate those items with reviewed suppliers as part of project sourcing and development; they are not presented as CZ Fabrics direct manufacturing categories.
Direct knit manufacturing
Our direct manufacturing scope covers seven knit categories: Single Jersey, Rib Knit, Air Layer Knit, Ponte Roma, French Terry, Milk Silk Knit, and Polar Fleece. Development starts from the buyer-approved composition, construction, GSM, usable width, color direction, hand feel, finish, end use, and testing requirements. These seven categories are labeled separately in the catalog so buyers can distinguish them from coordinated sourcing routes.
Coordinated fabric sourcing
For the other thirteen catalog categories, CZ Fabrics coordinates sourcing and development with reviewed suppliers. Those pages do not represent CZ Fabrics as the manufacturer. Woven fabrics, trims, and supporting textile materials can be included in a project brief when needed; each item is reviewed through its own sourcing route and is not presented as a direct manufacturing claim.
How a Vietnam buyer brief is reviewed
- Share the context: describe the garment, fit, destination, quantity by color, and sample timing if known.
- Record the specification: add composition, construction, GSM, usable width, color, face/reverse, finish, and any trim or supporting-material requirements.
- Define approval checks: for stretch, recovery, dimensional behavior, color, or another critical requirement, name the method, condition, and acceptance limit.
- Compare samples: use the same brief version, cutting, and color standard so garment, sourcing, and development teams assess the same reference.
- Confirm the route: after review, we confirm whether the project follows direct knit manufacturing or coordinated sourcing, together with sample needs and project terms.
